Det kalder mere end nogensinde f\u00f8r p\u00e5, at vi er opm\u00e6rksomme og passer p\u00e5 os selv.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Stress er noget, der kan ramme os alle, men hvad er stress egentlig, og hvad indeb\u00e6rer det at have stress? Stress er det, der opst\u00e5r, n\u00e5r du uds\u00e6ttes for krav, pres, forventninger og\/eller belastninger, som overstiger dine muligheder og ressourcer for at l\u00f8se dem.\u00a0<\/p><p>Som udgangspunkt er stress en sund og hensigtsm\u00e6ssig reaktion p\u00e5 ekstra belastning. Det er derfor vigtigt at skelne mellem <b><i>den akutte, kortvarige stress og den langvarige kroniske stress.<\/i><\/b> Den akutte kortvarige stress er den forbig\u00e5ende, hvor kroppen mobiliserer sit alarmberedskab, sine stresshormoner og sit nervesystem, hvorefter det falder igen, og kroppens og psykens balance genopbygges. Ved kortvarig stress er du t\u00e6ndt og energisk og kan have en f\u00f8lelse af at v\u00e6re i topform. Denne kortvarige form for stress kan styrke dit immunforsvar.<\/p><p>Det er den l\u00e6ngerevarende version af stress, som er farlig og kan f\u00e5 alvorlige og i nogle tilf\u00e6lde endda kroniske konsekvenser for dit helbred. Ved l\u00e6ngerevarende\/ kronisk stress er kroppen i konstant alarmberedskab, hvilket g\u00f8r, at dit immunforsvar bliver sv\u00e6kket, og antallet af infektionsbek\u00e6mpende blodceller og antistoffer falder.\u00a0<\/p><p>Langvarig stress skyldes ofte, at du bliver belastet p\u00e5 flere livsomr\u00e5der samtidig. Langvarig stress er b\u00e5de usund og skadelig for dig, og det b\u00f8r n\u00e6vnes, at der desv\u00e6rre ofte sker det, at langvarig stress f\u00f8rst bliver diagnosticeret ved alvorlige, fysiske konsekvenser, hvilket blot g\u00f8r det endnu vigtigere, at du reagerer b\u00e5de i opl\u00f8bet, og n\u00e5r flere stress-signaler viser sig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section kunne restituere. Jo f\u00f8r du reagerer p\u00e5 dine stresssignaler, jo bedre er det. Jo f\u00f8r du kommer ned i gear og finder din ro og balance, jo lettere vil det blive at v\u00e6re dig, og jo lettere vil det v\u00e6re at overskue og skabe overblik.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Der er altid en grund til, at din krop og dit sind reagerer. Din krop og dit sind fors\u00f8ger at fort\u00e6lle dig, at der sker noget, som ikke er godt for dig, at du er p\u00e5 vej i den forkerte retning, at noget skal \u00e6ndres. N\u00e5r du under stress glemmer at lytte til din krop i en l\u00e6ngere periode og fortsat ikke lytter, vil din krop blot r\u00e5be mere op, og flere faresignaler vil vise sig. Det er ikke altid godt at vente. Jo l\u00e6ngere du venter, jo l\u00e6ngere vil det tage dig at komme op igen, og jo mere besv\u00e6rligt vil det blive.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Mange f\u00f8ler og tror, at de er svage, n\u00e5r de f\u00e5r stress, men m\u00e5ske det rent faktisk sker, fordi du netop er st\u00e6rk og har sat dig selv og dit behov for hvile til side i alt for lang tid? Dette er de s\u00e5kaldte alarmsignaler.<\/p><p>Det er individuelt, hvordan vi oplever stress og hvilke alarmsignaler, der viser sig, da stress kan medf\u00f8re diverse udefinerbare smerter, og de signaler vi f\u00e5r, kan v\u00e6re mange og varierende. Alarmsignalerne kan v\u00e6re b\u00e5de fysiske, psykiske og adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssige, og disse er din krop, der fort\u00e6ller dig, at der er noget galt, og at du har brug for afslapning, hvile og restitution. Ofte har vi desv\u00e6rre en tendens til, i vores travlhed, at ignorere signalerne, og vi kan glemme vores helt naturlige behov for ro og hvile.<\/p><p>Vi kan alle opleve nogle af de beskrevne symptomer som fx hovedpine eller tr\u00e6thed i korte perioder, men oplever du, at flere signaler optr\u00e6der samtidigt og gentagne gange, er det vigtigt, du lytter og tager dem alvorligt.<\/p><p>Ligeledes er det altid en god id\u00e9 at tage selv milde symptomer i opl\u00f8bet, fremfor at g\u00e5 og have det skidt eller f\u00e5 det
