Nogle oplever tristhed n\u00e6rmest hele tiden, mens andre m\u00e5ske mere oplever at f\u00f8le sig tomme indeni.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c5rsagen kan ligge i oplevelser tilbage fra barndommen, et traume, en sorg der ikke er oph\u00f8rt eller andre forhold, hvor du har oplevet ekstra belastning. Depression er en tilstand af vedvarende tristhed, nedsat energi, manglende lyst og interesse. Vi kan alle have vores triste dage og sv\u00e6re perioder med d\u00e5rligt hum\u00f8r, men en depression er anderledes og ligger dybere. Ved en depression oplever du tristheden mere gennemgribende, f\u00f8lelserne hober sig op og forsvinder ikke bare. Ofte kan du ved en depression ikke rigtigt komme i tanke om noget at gl\u00e6de dig over, hvilket igen kan forst\u00e6rke de triste tanker og medf\u00f8re f\u00f8lelser som d\u00e5rlig samvittighed, skyld og skam. Og du kan ikke bare &#8216;tage dig sammen&#8217; fordi andre eventuelt synes du skal, eller du selv synes for den sags skyld.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p>Har du mistanke om, at du har, eller er ved at udvikle en depression, har jeg nedenfor listet nogle typiske tegn, du b\u00f8r v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5. Du b\u00f8r specielt v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom, hvis det st\u00e5r p\u00e5 over flere uger, m\u00e5neder eller er eller dine symptomer har varet i uger, m\u00e5neder eller \u00e5r, b\u00f8r det ses som et tegn p\u00e5, at der ligger noget i dig, som har brug for at blive kigget p\u00e5 og bearbejdet. <\/em><em>Tro mig, dine f\u00f8lelser er hos dig af en grund, og uanset hvor generende de end kan virke, og hvilke f\u00f8lelser det handler om, vil de gerne fort\u00e6lle dig noget.
